I'd love to have the ability to annotate my blocks in CM. I've got some seriously crazy stuff going on, and sometimes it a bit difficult to understand what's going on.
The ability to add a label / notes to an entire group of blocks would make organization of large pages a bit easier to manage

ControllerMate can associate notes with individual building blocks, but it cannot create "free" notes that are arranged among the building blocks. I may add unattached notes at some point, but it won't be in the next version.
