There is the Toggle building block that alternates its output each time its input turns on. One sound could be triggered when the output turns ON, and another when the output turns OFF.

It seems that on the latest Controllermate 4.10.6 with OS 10.13.4, my drivers don't behave correctly until I actually start the controllermate app and close it.

Currently, ControllerMate doesn't have a way to trigger events when a sound ends. The Beep building block just triggers sounds and then forgets about them.
