Scroll wheel compatibility is related to the driver changes in the last couple of macOS versions. It is something that I still have hope to restore.

I'm working on an update to fix the helper problem that some have been seeing. Like almost everything else lately, it's related to the driver changes in High Sierra.

I haven't really seen this problem. Are you using macOS 10.13? Any other software installed that might be in control of the mouse instead of ControllerMate's driver?

ControllerMate isn't able to create a virtual touchscreen or send events to one. I don't think it will be able to help in this case.

Rolling back to v4.10.2 until this is fixed or I'm upgrading to High Sierra.
High Sierra won't change the behavior. I should be have a fix available in the near future.
