Hi,

I am just new to controlmate

so please somebody can explain me how to do this?

Lets say I have a plug in and have a midi controller

I want an specific knob, lets say "Volume" in the GUI of a specific plug in to respond thru a knob in my midi controller but want to move that knob in a way as is "mouse movement"

anybody can explain to me the steps and philosophy behind that?

or maybe send me an example?? controlmate file

thanks!

For the plugin that you want to control, how would you adjust the knob in the GUI using a normal keyboard or mouse? Using the scroll wheel? Clicking and dragging the mouse? Keyboard commands?

In general, when using ControllerMate to control a plugin's GUI using a MIDI device, ControllerMate would need to be setup to mimic how the GUI would normally be controlled.
