Hi,

I sent an email almost 2 weeks ago regarding this issue but haven't received a response.

I'd been using happily version 4.10.2 on Sierra 10.12.6 for sometime now and then decided to do an update to 4.10.3.

Since then the driver doesn't autoload and I have to manually open controllermate every time I do a restart/turn on.

I'd love to roll back to version 4.10.2 but can't find it on the site.

Help please??

I find it quite annoying that I get no response on this simple issue, either by email or through the forum.

I managed to find the previous version online from another site. Turned out to be a pirated version, something I didn't realize while on the site, only after I downloaded it and found a crack folder within the zip. Not to my liking, but at least I've got a working version now.

I noticed the same problem after recently updating and sent an email as well. While I haven't heard back either, it could simply be due to extenuating circumstances.

However, I did figure out how to download the previous version by simply changing the version number in the link.

For anyone that may need it and forgot to save a copy of the older version, here's the direct link to the official 4.10.2:

Hopefully an update will resolve the issue in short order.

Is this with the full version of ControllerMate, or ControllerMate for X-keys? The v4.10.4 update has a fix for driver loading with the X-keys version on High Sierra.

Full version of CM, 4.10.4 does not fix the problem, for me, introduced in 4.10.3 for Sierra (10.12.6).

I'm running os 10.13.2 with ControllerMate for x-keys v4.10.4.
Driver will not load no matter how many times I follow the instructions. I have 2 xkeys that are now worthless but more importantly my workflow has significantly increased. A fix will be greatly appreciated.

Although the driver isn't loading, does ControllerMate still allow a Profile to be generated? A profile is generated by running the Help > ControllerMate Profile command in ControllerMate, and then use the button at the bottom of the profile window to save the results to a file.

If that file can be generated and sent to me, I would be interested in taking a look. It contains some logging information and status of ControllerMate's installation that might be helpful.

Just reporting in that I've been experiencing the same issue on Sierra (10.12.6) for a week since updating to v4.10.4. Upon login, I can see an active ControllerMate Helper process, but none of the ControllerMate functionality would be active. Only once opening the ControllerMate application, everything would be working fine. The app can then be quit again, with CM functionality still being intact.

Rolling back to v4.10.2 until this is fixed or I'm upgrading to High Sierra.

High Sierra won't change the behavior. I should be have a fix available in the near future.

I'm having this problem in OSX Sierra (10.12.6) and CM 4.10.4, everything worked great until a week ago.

Ken, I've sent you my CM profile too.
